Proceeds of the sale of these items will go to the Design Built Homes Extreme Fund. This is the fund that helps to pay for the build and the Grys' mortgage!

Extreme Makeover Donor Recognition Requires Submission of Trade-Out Agreement
Builder Melanie Spurgeon Wants to Recognize Business Contributions
PEORIA, IL. ● NOVEMBER 10, 2008 – Builder Melanie Spurgeon, Owner of Design Built Homes Ltd.,
wants to make certain all the participants in the recent “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” build are
being recognized. “During the week-long build hundreds of individuals and businesses put in countless
hours and donated everything from food to building materials and printing,” Melanie said, “I couldn’t
have made the Gry’s dream come true without them. Now I need their help to make sure their
contributions are recognized!”
To be recognized as a sponsor, businesses must fill out a Trade-Out Agreement. All the sponsors’
names are listed on the Sponsorship page of the Design Built Homes Extreme website:

materials, food, printing or other significant items and whose names are not listed on this page, should
download the Trade-Out Agreement (found at the bottom of the Sponsorship Page), fill in the
information and submit to Tammy Finch at Web Tech Services. They can either fax the agreement to:
309-699-0016 or email it to tfinch@webtechservices.com Any donor who has already filled out and
submitted a Trade Out Agreement but who is still not listed should contact Tammy Finch at 699-9327.
